Blake smiled, reaching into a pocket and pulling out two objects. One was a photo of his brother Drake, the other was a finely carved ruby in his brother's image standing only four inches tall. Every detail from the photo could be seen, from his ruffled worn cloak to his scales, and his eyes. "Seventeen hours straight to get this the way I wanted it. And it's at exactly one thirty-sixth scale. He stands twelve feet tall, and this is exactly four inches. It uh... it was going to be closer to one twentieth scale but there was a flaw in the stone I hadn't noticed until I started working. Still managed to get it done though. Hm, could probably carve a pretty decent one of you in a day or two." It would depend on how many photos he had, any measurements, and if she were to have free time to model. All he really needed was photos and her measurements but it wouldn't be too difficult.

Icey watched the dragon as he took the items out of his pocet. She looked at his work with a slight smile.Wow he was really really good at this. She could never do something like that. In fact she was not very good at even drawing a picture much less anything else. Seventeen hours straight wow that was certainly some comitment that this dragon had. She was not even that comitted to her music. ''Wow you are very good at what you do.'' She said she thought for a second then added.'' Really I do not doubt that at all.'' She said with a smile. She did not really know what she should say to that. It was a very kind offer comming from some one who she had met a little over an hour ago. Though she had noticed that alot of creature here seemed to be very kind.

"Well, normally when I have someone pose for a sculpture or if they ask me to I'll give them one figurine free of charge. And nine times out of ten they're pretty durable too, hard to even scratch. That's one of my favorite parts about it, they're stone, not clay or glass. Nowhere near as fragile but they do take longer to get a good image from. Clay's okay for a quick project though." And by quick Blake meant within two hours not counting time in the kiln. He also counted it more often as something for bowls and such instead of a figurine.

Icey listined to the dragon as he spoke. She was not surprised that he gave some of his work away.She knew that a few artist did that as well. She figured that this was so that they could see how good their work was maby.Maby it was also a good thing that his work was not easly damaged. She knew that some creature could be hard on things that they were given.''I see. That could be a good thing for those who tend to be uhhh... hard on things.'' she said with a smile. Once again she was trying to find the right word to use.

"I could make one for you if you like. And you wouldn't have to model unless you really wanted to. Just a few good photos and I could manage something. Free of charge of course, it's not often I can find anyone who would like a good sculpture done of them. And I'm trying to keep in practice, every year I make a set of ornaments for a big tree here in the school, one of each of the staff members. There's a few repeats and a few new ones each year, sometimes I even add a few of the honor students."

Icey listined to the dragon as he spoke. She could see why he would make ortamenets for the holidays. Icey never made a big deal of things like that. She was not a very festive type of creature. She would like it if the dragon wanted to make a sculpture of her. ''Wow. Humm I would like that if you want to make me one humm.'' She said with a smile. She did not have all that many pictures of herself. She could probly find one though if she was to look.

"Great. I can just take a photo or two or if you happen to have one you can part with. Or if you really want you could always model in your spare time. No matter what I can assure you that you'll get to see the finished product before anyone else though. It's just common courtesy, you get to see if you like it before you accept it as a gift, heh. I can always make another one if you don't think the first one's good enough." Providing she didn't turn down fifty different attempts. He had a customer like that once, and if it hadn't been for the really high payout of the job he never would have accepted so many restarts.

The dragon would not have to worry about Icey being picky about how the sculpture looked.She was not a super picky creature. She might be righ but that did not mean that she acted like alot of rich creatures did.She always tried to be as kind and understanding as possible.That was the bigest part of her nature.Icey pulled her gloves back up on her hands. For some reason she never bought the right size.That was more then likely because they smashed her claws if they were too tight. She smiled as she thought for a few seconds.''I might have one in my dorme. That is certainly kind of you.'' She said with a smle. She hide the fact that she was slightly emberrssed. She was not really into modleing but could if someone really wanted her to.She did not think she looked all that good herself.

"Thanks, I'd love the chance to get a bit of practice on a good sculpture. No real hurry though, I probably won't be able to start today depending on how inspired I get in the garden. Or it's possible I'll have just the right stone that would be perfect for you, and it'd be done a lot sooner." As in, if he started today he probably wouldn't sleep until it was done. Not that he'd say that though, he didn't want to worry her that she might cause him to lose sleep. In all honesty Blake did this a lot, two or three days in a row with no sleep followed by one where he crashes for most of it.

Icey was glad that she seemed to have made the dragon happy.She liked it when she could put someone in a good mood. The wind had died down somewhat now so that it was not that cold.Icey was glad for that . It was probly better that the dragon did not tell her that he would stay wake untill he got her sculptur done. That would make he fell ver strange about him making a sculpture for her. She did not like bothering anyone that much.''Okay. It will take me a bit to find you a good picture .'' She said with a smile.Her room was very messy for a female. She was not in a hurry. To Icey there was always time to do things . If she did not think this way she would never get anything done.

"Okay. If you can't find one though it's okay. I can always take always take a few in the gardens. That is, if you want to of course." It wasn't like she had to agree. If she changed her mind and didn't want him to make a little figurine of her he wouldn't. There were a dozen projects he could do instead, he just thought this one might be fun and a nice little present.

Icey did not mind if the dragon wanted to make a figurene for her.She just did not want to be a bother to him was all.She would not really mind if her wanted to take pictures of her.She was just not into posieng in dramatic ways or nothing like that of course.''Okay I do not mind if you want to do that. '' She said with a smile.

Blake smiled. "Okay, well I'll probably be down in the gardens around the fountain. No rush to meet me there, I've got to get all my art tools and my camera just in case. It's the most relaxing area in the garden for me to work, heh, long as there isn't any mist hitting me from the fountain on really windy days." Or a crowd of students around repeatedly asking him the same silly questions over and over again. Other than that though, sometimes it was nice to draw a little crowd that was interested in watching him work on a painting, sketch, or sculpture.

Icey smiled to the dragon. She would be able to meet him there a little latter. It would take her a little bit to get all the down to her dorm. She would try to hurry though so he would not think that she would not be there.She was glade that she would have alot of time. That was just the way that she though about things.''Okay. It will take me a while to get to my dorm anyhow. Humm I gusse that would be kind of distracting .'' she said . She would be distracted by water in her face anyhow.

"No rush though. There's still probably fifty things I could do in the gardens from paintings to sculptures, sketches, even photography. So if you weren't going to be hanging around here any longer, I'll be heading down and whenever you find time you can meet me. And feel free to tap my shoulder or anything if I look like I'm a bit too focused on art and don't instantly know you're there, heh."
