Icey watched the dragon breath flame on to a dish. That was one thing that made her nervouse around dragons. The fact that they could breath fire. She trused that he was right about it not being to hot for her to touch. ''I am not used to the cold. The places that I used to live at were always warm. Thank you.'' She said taking the dish that the dragon handed her. He was right that it was warm but not too hot on her hands.

"I think that's a good part of why I liked Egypt, was always nice and warm there, never had to worry about getting cold except rarely at night. Heh, first year I came here the heat broke down and I was asked to go down in the lower levels to act as a temporary furnace. Apparently dragon fire's really good at keeping schools nice and toasty." Not that he had to do it for too long, or like he was the only person who kept the place warm, but still.

''Humm that sounds like it would be kind of interesting. Though it might have been hard work humm.'' Icey said tring not to laugh. She did not mean to it was just kind of funny to her was all. She did not really know why it was so funny to her.''I am sorry I should not have laughed at you.'' She said with a smile on her face. She did not want him to think that she was rude.

"Heh, it's ok. I was laughing about it myself really. Just the thought of one dragon my size trying to keep some place as huge as this school warm, heh. Just hope I don't have to do it again, or if I do at least send some really good food down so I can keep my strength up. With any luck it won't be that bad this winter though." But luck might not be on their side. Still, it was nice to be able to get a student to smile.

Icey smiled thinkng that it would have to be a hard job keeping a whole school warm. She would think that he would get tired after a while. On the note of winter Icey hoped that it would not be extreamly cold. If it was she would have to get some warmer cloths that was for sure.''I hope it is not too bad.If it was to get that cold I think that I might have to warmer cloths .'' she said with a smile.She was really rich so that would not make a diffence to her at all.

"Yeah. I hope it isn't too bad but there's still a little while before we really need to worry. And this time I'll be sure the heating's working in advance and there's some other kind of backup instead of just me, heh. Maybe a few dozen, or hundred, space heaters for emergency use. Heavier blankets for everyone would be nice too, and checking that all the windows are secure and not letting out all the heat. Heh, maybe I'm going to end up a bit busier than I thought in the next few days." Maybe, maybe not. He had kind of hoped to have a few chances to relax and take it easy, maybe catch up on some carvings he needed to do or just take a break from work entirely.

Icey could see a point in taking a few days off work. after all everyone needs some kind of break once in a while no matter who they were. She would also hope that they would have any heating troubles. A few hindered heather would probly cost the headmaster a lot a money. She had heard from others that he was really rich though so that may not matter too much . " Maybe you will not have to do that again humm. that would certainly be a lot of work to do. Maybe it will not be that bad though. I would not know but you could always hope for the best." Icey said with a smile. She hoped for the best in every situation that she was put in. she hoped for the best when it came to her brother and sister as well. Though she knew that she could not hold her breath on those notes.

"I'm pretty sure it won't be that bad. The school really isn't exposed to a lot of bad weather. It gets some problems but not enough. Well, anyway, what were your plans for the rest of the day? Just sitting up here enjoying the view for a while?" Not that that was a bad idea, it was a nice view and she wouldn't be bothered by most of the other students, and staff. She didn't seem to have any books or anything else to do homework with, maybe she was already done.

Icey certainly hoped that it would not get that bad .She smiled at the dragons questions. She never made plans for the most part. She was actually wondering what she would do herself. It was nice up here but she would soon get board. That was one thing that icey did often. She never liked to do one thing for very long. She was always finding something to do. "I have not though about it really . I was relaxing for a while, just randomly looking threw the school and all. What about you.?" She said with a smile. As far as school went she had actually finished her classes for the day so that was not a problem. She did her homework when she felt like that she wanted to get it done. Sometimes she did not do it at all. That was not often though as she did not like to get into trouble.That was not something that she would tell everyone though.

Well, a little later I was going to do some painting, maybe some sculpting. Aside from that I really don't know, might get to checking a few of the windows, might just put it off until tomorrow. Guess I should make a few walks around the school as part of security too, but it's been a pretty quiet day. Not much to worry about recently." Ah yes, security. Being the biggest member of the security staff he was typically called in for larger disputes or those with weapons and tougher students, or visitors.

Icey nodded when the dragon told her what he was going to be doing. She did not know that much about who was on the secretly force and who was not. She did not cause trouble on purpose. She was kind of afraid to do that. She did not want to do anything that would hurt her future plans . She did do thing that most young adults would be prone to do though. She just did not care to repeat those actions. Her parents were hard on her when it came to that kind of thing. " I see. There is nothing wrong with putting things off for latter. Hummm I do that all the time myself ." she said with a smile. She was still a kid so she was able to get away with being lazy. Icey was not that lazy though. She would not be able to stand acting like that.

"Heh, unless it's really really important yeah. Enjoy it while you can, the older you get sometimes the harder it is to be able to just put things off. Well, I might end up in the gardens, do some art there, maybe a sculpture if I feel motivated. Actually it'd be a pretty nice painting potentially if I saw someone up here and got a good angle to work with. But unless you were planning on spending all day up here I kinda doubt that'd happen, heh." And hopefully that wouldn't be taken as asking her to volunteer. It was just as likely he'd never get a good angle or image for the canvas way down in the gardens to up here at the top of the tower.

Icey smile at the dragons words. She was not planning on staying up here all day. From the feel of the wind that kept comming in she would not be able to stay up here for much longer. She was too active to stay in one place for very long. She would get very board after a while.'' Heh I could never stay still for that long. Unless I am playing music. Then I tend to stay in one place for hours at a time.'' She said with a smile. Music to her was very relaxing and almost calming.

"Heh, I didn't think so. It's a good view but it's not a good place to try and hang out all day. And besides I'm not even sure when I'd get around to working on that bit of art, might be better with a starry sky even, can't tell until I get a good view later. Whenever I'm working on any art, I can lose track of time pretty quick. I just get caught up going from one detail to the next, and I completely tune out all the other important ones that are still outside that art, heh."

The dragon certainly sounded like he was passionate about his art. Icey could imagine that he must be very good at what he dose. Or at least he cares alot about what he dose. Icey did like to know that there was still those out there who wanted their things to be nice. She had seen the work of those who just did that kind of thing for money. While it looked nice it still seemed to miss something.''Really. It seems that you might care about what your work looks like then. From what you say you must be good at what you do.'' She said with a smile.
