Icey smiled to the dragon. She would not rush herself.She was kind of glad that he was not in a hurry.She was kind of getting cold up here so she was not going to be staying around much longer.''Okay. Yeah I have to get a bit of homework done humm. I would not want to be late on that stuff. '' she said remembering the little assinment that she still had to do.

"Heh. Well, I'll probably be out there until it's too dark to actually see anything. I keep asking if we can put in lamps or something at least along all the paths but so far the best I can convince the headmaster of is to set up some torches and use them instead. Wouldn't even be that hard to set up a few solar panel lights that wouldn't cost anything after they're bought." Not that he'd even complain about torches but the gardeners might have a bit of a fit, exposed flames near all their plants after all. That could be fixed if it was all controlled though, maybe he could draw up a design or two and see the best outcome.

Icey did not really like going out in the dark her self.She was more of the kind that tried to avoid the dark herself. Lamps would be kind of nice to have in the gardens for those who like to go out there at night.They would probly be safer then flame as well, during the winter when the plant were really dry.'' Okay. Well that could work though. A little bit of light would be better then nothing. Heh even then I do not think I would be down there at night though humm.'' She said with a smile . She would admit to anyone that she was afraid of the dark.

"Yeah, I wish I could have the whole school lit up including the grounds like the garden and the lake, but I also want it to be cost effective and environmentally sound. Not too easy to pull that off though. If I ever find anything that works you can bet I'll be putting it in. Well, with a bit of help most likely. I'm decent with art but electronics are far from my strong suit, especially wiring. Need our physics teacher for that, Athos. If he's able to put up the entire school's security system he can probably manage adding some lamps here and there."
Blake couldn't actually sit out in the garden even when it was dark to do his art. By that time he'd have to do a few security walks and make sure everyone was in the school or permitted to be in town for the night.

Icey could see the dragon's point in wanting to be good to the envoirment.She was not all that protective of it but new that it was kind of important.After all the fearal animales were there first.That and something like that could be kind of expensive.. Icey moved her wings slightly.They had been causeing her some pain here lately.She was not sure why though. She tended to keep those kinds of problems to herself.She had a fear of doctors and did not ever go to them unless she had to. '' Yeah that can be kind of hard from what I have heard about it.I know that I would not even know were to begin humm. really. He should be then.'' Icey said with a smile. She hid the fact that moving her wings actualy kind of hurt.

"Yeah. That's all a bigger project for later though, not going to be working on any of it today, probably not for at least a week." Would definitely be a nice addition though. Blake shrugged his shoulders and stretched his wings, smiling. "If I didn't need to pick up all my materials it'd be nice to just glide down to the gardens from here." It was actually pretty fun for him, flying down from the towers of the school.

Icey nodded at the dragon's words.She did not really know how to fly herself. She most certainly did not know how to glide either.That was one thing that for some reason of anouther her parents never did teach her.She would like to learn but not right now.She was afaid if she tried she would get hurt.''I would not know. I do not know how to use my wings just yet.'' She said with a smile.

"I'm sure you'll manage to learn eventually if you really want. So I'll see you down in the gardens probably?" Blake started going over his mental checklist. A table, an easel, canvas, painting supplies, sketching supplies, and sculpting materials. Shouldn't be too hard to carry it all out. Question was really what he'd end up getting to.

Icey was sure that she would learn.She did have someone offer to teach her once.She was actualy kind of scared to learn.She did not like doing things that could get her hurt.She would be one of the few in her family that could fly if she ever learned how.''Yes more then likely you will. I will try my best anyhow.'' She said with a smile.She was not sure how long her little bit of home work was going to take her.

Blake smiled, turning to the steps. "No rush though, and if I don't catch up with you out there tonight I'll probably be back in the gardens tomorrow at some point. Always feels so much better being able to work outdoors than in a stuffy little room or studio. Least in my opinion." He did have his own room in the school where he could work on the gem cutting and pottery, among other things. It was kind of crowded at the moment, triple locked, and with a heavy iron door just to keep all the stuff safe. Only two people counting himself had the keys, the other person being his newest assistant who was usually too busy with class to come on a regular basis.

Icey smiled to the dragon.She did not like to leave other waiting if she could avoid it at all.She like working outside as long as it was not freezing cold of if there was bad weather. She enojoy walikg around and looking at the more simpler Things . ''Okay I shall remeber that.I would like to think so.'' She said with a smile.

Blake smiled, giving a little wave as he started on his way down to his room for the supplies. It would only take him about twenty minutes to get what he needed and find a nice spot in the gardens. After that he'd probably lose track of time anyway. She was a nice student, very polite and well mannered. Maybe a bit on the shy side but not too bad, especially if she was willing to let him do a sculpture of her. Some students he had asked in the past absolutely freaked at the idea, refusing him from the start.

Icey waved back as she watched the dragon leave.She waited for several seconds . Then she slowly steached her wings all the way out. She then started down the stairs to her dorm. The dragon seemed to be pretty nice himself. He was not like some other males who seemed to be kind of rude most of the time. This could also go for a few of the females that she had met.She slowley made her way down to the dorm that she had been assined to . She would get her work done as fast as she could . She did not want the dragon to think that she was not comming.

Blake wouldn't mind if she didn't show. It took him about the twenty minutes he had guessed before he had everything and was down in the gardens. For once there weren't any students crowding around and the fountain wasn't spraying him with a mist. So far so good, now he just needed to figure out what to work on. Setting up the canvas first he figured he'd never tried painting the fountain itself, getting a good angle and pondering how to pull off the effect of flowing water. Well he could always figure it out later, starting off with the actual body of the fountain and its surroundings while leaving space for the flow effect.

Icey sat on the bed in her dorm.She did not have a roommate so that was good for her. It ment that she could concentrate more. She took out her homework and started to slowly work on her assinement.It took her about an hour to get it done.She then pulled out a box from under her bed. She took out all the photos that she had in it. She carefully looked at each one. It made her smiled at what they reminded her of. She then found a photo that would be perfect for the dragon to use. She found herself kind of laughing at the fact that she did not know his name yet. She did not really care though. He was nice anyhow.
