It had been about a month since Vixi had been dropped off at Rose's little place in the mountains by Blake. Entrusted with keeping her from doing anything bad, like killing people or hurting them, or just generally spooking the daylights out of people. It was a task she actually enjoyed, seeing as how she loved the girl and had a nice time being around her. Perhaps she was the only one that felt that way but in the past month they'd figured out a vague idea of how much space to give one another and which guests to Rose's little home were more likely to be freaked by seeing Vixi there and which ones really wouldn't care. And of course which ones her friend should probably stay hidden from or away from entirely. At the moment she was picking a few little weeds from her rock garden, knowing her guest was just inside and free to come out and see what she was doing or even help... but also knowing that a rock garden could be very boring especially if you weren't the one that started it.

Vixi had been sitting on a chair in the kitchen of her temporary home. A home that she had come to love since she had been brought here by the black dragon. She loved the one she lived with even more so. She gave her her space and vixi did the same for her . Though the con was certain that rose watched her when she was alone making certain that she was being good. And so far vixi had managed to keep those evil urges away though the still came to her mind. She now currently was in a mood to hurt someone though she did not know why. So she decided to distract herself by going to see where her friend was at the moment. Her urges told her that she should hurt her friend . Others told her to run. Then there was the urge to stay and keep working towards changing herself. Needless to say all of that was really getting on the girls nerves though she tried to hide it. She stalked to one of the windows smiling as she saw rose working. Maybe she could bring her a drink just to be kind. Maybe even help if she could. She walked over to the cabinet and got out two glasses. She then put ice and water in them since she did not know how to make anything else. Really she did not like much other things either because of living outside for so long.

She now walked over to a table and picked up her eye patch and put it over her bad eye for sunlight seemed to hurt it a lot. She then picked up the two glasses and walked over to the door. She then when outside and quietly closed the door behind her. She then made her way over to the dragoness garden. She moved behind the dragoness smiling slightly . Then she moved beside her still smiling and looking at her. She then smiled a slightly menacing smile . “ hello madam . I thought you might like some help and a drink.” she said . She hoped that her sudden presence did not startle her love. Though she would laugh if it did while in this sort of mood.

Startle no, but it did surprise Rose. She smiled and got up, taking the glass offered to her and giving Vixi a kiss on the cheek. "Thanks love. I guess I could use a little help, if you're offering. Need to clear out all these little weeds here, and in that area over there. Anything that's growing near the rocks really."
This was actually a very promising thing. Vixi offering to help someone, well that would have been completely unheard of a month ago. Granted they loved one another but that didn't make it any less promising that she was offering her assistance. And the dragoness really could use a little help too, Rose hadn't done much weeding here and some of the parts of the garden were getting overgrown.

Vixi smiled as she saw rose get up now and take the glass of water that she offered to her. She could feel her darker urges stirring in her still. She was hoping that she could resist them for the moment but she was having trouble doing that right now. She had a dark evil sort of look in her eye as she look at her lover. She had to wonder how rose could put up with her mood shifts. But somehow the dragoness managed to without a problem. She then smiled slightly when rose gave her a kiss on her cheek now. Her mood was still kind of dark though making her still think dark thoughts. Maybe ripping up a few weeds would make her feel better. Though rose would have point out to her what was a weed and what was actually a flower. Otherwise vixi would just pull up everything that was there since she did not know the difference. “ your welcome madam. Yes I am wanting to help you . I see well I do not know what’s weeds and what’s not so you might have to show me.” she said. Her tone was dark and kind of moody sounding. This indicated that she was in a bit of a fowl mood though she did not know why. She just felt rather moody at times for some strange reason. Indeed actually wanting to help another was a big step for the con considering that she normally did not do things like that. Then again she was trying her best to change though that was a very hard thing for her to do. And very stressful for her at times.

Rose smiled, glad to point out the ones that were and weren't weeds. "In this circle over here, just the white flowers are good. Anything that isn't a white flower can come up. And if there are any outside this circle of stones, they can come up too. Over here, in this circle, everything coming up between the shiny black stones is a weed. That's the best way to start, then if you still want to help, anything that's growing up over these stones over here or past them, that can go too." She tried to keep things neat and organized but she didn't feel like using sand as some might to hold back the plants and weeds from growing out. Once in a while the more work you had to put into something the better it felt to get the job done. Rose was one who sometimes took this to an extreme, but usually in a good way.

Vixi looked over to the flowers that rose pointed out . She felt he evil urge stirring still and smiled an evil smile. She wanted to kill at the moment though she was not sure why. Maybe there was no hope of her ever changing. Maybe she was to evil for that. Then she looked to rose and pushed those thoughts out of her mind. Rose trusted her and rose believed that she could change. She just needed time to adjust herself after years of being evil ans dark like she was. “ ahh I see well that should not be too hard to get done Hehe. “ she said with a slight smile. Vixi really did not mind helping rose at the moment. After all rose was doing all she could to help her out at the moment the least she could do was help her as well. And this would give her something to attack other then another person. and ripping up weeds would not get her in trouble either .though vixi knew that it would not be quit as saifying as killing.

Sometimes Rose wondered about Vixi's moods. she could be nice and willing to help and at the same time ready to rip someone apart with little to no provocation. And this seemed like it might be one of those times, thankfully the dragoness knew Vixi wouldn't hurt her but she could tell when those darker feelings were trying to take control. While she could try to help Vixi stop them every time it would probably build up that way and get to be too much for her to handle. Then she'd just lash out at everyone and everything instead of smaller more controlled rages. Not to say she always let it happen, the goal was to be free of those darker feelings so once in a while the dragoness would just smile, give her a kiss, hold her, and keep the darkness from overcoming her. This would be a good chance for her to keep those darker urges out and try venting them on something that wasn't walking around and would be missed the next day.

Vixi smiled at her dragoness as she went to work clearing the plants. As she did this her eyes got a darker evil look to them as she thought about what she was going to do next. The way she pulled them up was slow almost as if she was trying to torment the plants like she would her own victims. Indeed vixi did not need anyone to upset her for her to want to hurt someone. No all she had to do was be in just the right mindset and everything else just feel in to place for her. She now smiled and started to laugh a slightly insane laugh as she pulled the weeds. Though there was one thing about these attacks that she really hated. She always felt extremely tired and exhausted when she was threw with them. She often put every bit of energy in to them of loosing track of what she was doing while she was in attack mode. Though she did spare rose from these attacks out of respect for her. And the fact that she loved rose more then she loved killing. She laughed even more now making sure to avoid the flowers rose wanted kept. Though anything else was sure to be torn apart. Rose might now get the idea that vixi had very little control over herself when she was in a rage. That was why this would be very bad if she ever lost control when she was in the middle of a crowd. Though hopefully that would not be the case here.

This was one of the few times Rose could be glad she was so isolated up here, that nobody else was around to potentially fall victim to Vixi's current mood. The dragoness would have of course stepped in if that had happened, but she knew the results would be quite difficult to handle for a while if something like that ever happened. In a strange way though it was kind of familiar to see this sort of mood, she wasn't a stranger to having crazed patients in her past or a few that just didn't like doctors. This was a little less directed though, rather than raging against a healer Vixi's dark side would just rage at anything it could. Turning her focus temporarily from others to plants was a nice step but it would be a long process. "Nice work so far." She did find that talking to her when she was like this sometimes helped. Kept her grounded in reality, not just her own reality either.

Vixi smiled a dark smiled as she pulled up the plants now. She was just imagining that they were a victim and they were begging her to stop as so many had before. Yes this was not as satisfying but still at least vixi get to hurt something. As she was pulling the weeds she kept laughing and giving small treating hisses. She also too a few seconds to just stare and whisper soft threats as if she were talking to another. In her mind she was and that was probably a good thing. See when in this mood she would not be able to stop herself from hurting another even if she knew what would happen if she did. Like most psychopaths vixi had little understanding of what was right and what was not. She did not see nothing wrong with hurting others. She was only doing what came naturally to her after all. Vixi suddenly stopped pulling the plants up when she heard rose talking. Her voice had snapped vixi out of her rage for a few seconds. “ hum yes very satisfying pulling plants is. You know though it not nears as satisfying as hurt someone else. “ she said. Her tone was slightly threatening as she spoke. She then look up at rose with a slight sadistic look in her eyes. Maybe it was not a very good idea to remind her that she had another she could hurt at the moment. Or maybe it was one could not really be for certain in a situation like this.

Of course Rose wasn't exactly a helpless victim despite her age or her love of Vixi. She still had strength though she'd, if it were ever necessary, probably use it all moreover to restrain her friend rather than hurt her. Maybe one day, when her love was completely in control of all her moods and actions, maybe she'd even volunteer to play at being a victim for Vixi to "catch" but if that ever happened it was definitely a long way off. Right about now if she tried it she expected the month or so worth of time they'd spent together wouldn't quite be enough to prevent an injury or two. "Mmm, maybe not yet, and maybe never, but it's appreciated." The dragoness had also learned gradually that compliments were sort of hit and miss when Vixi was in this sort of mood. Sometimes she'd smile and accept them, other times they'd be completely ignored.

Vixi now smiled darkly at her dragoness as she squatted on the ground listing to her as she spoke. Most certainly right now was not the time to play victim for vixi. Because she would try to hurt her more then anything. Though she would say that these rages excited her it was not really in a good way. No it just awoke a darker sinister desire with in her. “ Hehe I think not love. They do not scream or bleed.” She then went back to pulling up the weeds ripping and tearing at them as she did so. She wanted to kill the weeds just like she killed her victims. As she was pulling the weeds she rammed one of her claws in to a rock breaking the nail as she did so. “ouch son of a bitch!” she hollered and shook her hand . The pain had instantly brought her from her rage making her even madder then ever. She shiver and felt tears come to her eyes and just whimpered abit . See her claws were very sensitive and even the slightest hurt made her hurt very badly. Though the more pain she was in the worse her mood would be. she now snarled an evil snarl and threw some of the weeds she had pulled trying to get the pain to away. Sometimes her temper made her get hurt thanks to the blindness of her rages.

Rose saw what happened, giving Vixi a moment to vent her rage and pain before offering to help. She used to know how bad that could be, the dragoness used to have relatively sensitive claws too. "Here, let me take a look at it for you." If nothing else she could provide comforting words and distractions from the pain that might help more than thrashing about and yelling. In that state Vixi could potentially hurt herself even more than before, though Rose was sorry she got hurt helping in the rock garden to begin with. This was the other down side of her friend, she wasn't allowed to make anyone else bleed or die but she could still hurt herself by accident with those claws and it did nothing to improve her mood or her attempts at progress toward a less violent life.

Vixi quietly hissed under her breath as she tried to put the pain out her mind now. She was never the kind who liked to show weakness around others. Though the fact that this had brought tears to her eye should have said that it hurt pretty badly. She was feeling her temper rising now as she sat there quietly. Today just was not starting out as a good day for her. She whisper softly to herself and gave a dark smile as she moved her hand to where she could look at it. Really all she had done was jammed the nail and cracked it making it bleed just very slightly but still it had hurt her pretty bad. And that had made her mood go from bad to worse in an instant. This was not a very good thing for anyone around her now. This was why those who attacked vixi usually did not get away from her with out paying a price. She stared at rose for a second with a much darker and threatening look in her eyes then before. She was losing what little control she had over herself. “ hehehe sure madam I will let you look.” she said standing slowly . She then laughed a bit moving closer to the dragoness shaking as she walked. Sometime her rages and mood swings made it very hard for her to focus on what she wanted to do . She was fighting her instinct to hurt her lover. Though she knew that was a fight that she might not be able to when in this state of mind. Though if it had been anyone else vixi would have hurt them so this was a step though not a very big one.

Rose knew Vixi was probably only hanging on by a thread as far as controlling herself. She likely wanted to sink her claws into someone to "spread the pain" that she was feeling but it wouldn't help her. No, so what might help her? "I know what's probably going through your mind right about now. So if you can push it aside, get rid of the desire to hurt someone else, I'll give you a special reward later." Maybe that would be enough, maybe not. If it wasn't and Vixi couldn't help herself then the dragoness was ready and willing enough to stop her by any amount of force necessary. She just really hoped it didn't come to that.
