And for a brief moment Scarlet was completely serious and grown up in what was on her mind. "Well... don't tell them I said so but... they always wish they had you around. I hear it all the time, they don't think anyone's listening, don't wanna admit it. Diablo's cooking lost a little zest when he lost you... and she lost a little bounce in her step. Hehe, trust me, I know bounce." And the brief serious moment was over with that comment and another huge gulp of sugary lemonade. Replaced by a huge grin and her licking her lips. She giggled, poking Rynn's side and watching her down her third plate, tail lashing back and forth as she was evidently becoming impatient. "Come on slowpoke, I wanna go have fun an' you said you had ta talk ta momma. Can't have fun an' play on a full stomach... less it's fulla candy!"

As she savored her last plate for the most part, disregarding she was actually scarfing it down, she pondered what the litle one had said. They missed her huh? One would think after being gone nearly a year they would have almost completely forgotten about her. Afterall.. it did seem pretty selfish of her to leave them all as often as she did.
But moreover it was for the sake of her sanity that she take at least a two month leave.
"Is that so? ...Well I'll just have to get them all back into bounce again after I talk to your momma huh?"
She smirked, moving her tail silently towards the young hybrids feet and tickling them.
She wanted to be selfish for a little longer and ponder anything that she could confide in Crimson about, but from the sounds of things, she really was needed back here...
It was funny how things seemed to keep turning around on her.
Shoving the last few bites without much chewing, she piled her plates up and finished her glass of lemonade and moved over before Scarlet could bounce up and started tickling her and gave her a kiss on the cheek.
"Thank you, you little rascal. Now go get your momma and brothers and sister. I'll meet you all outside in front of the restaurant here."
From what she noticed, Diablo and Ashlin seemed to have the day off today. Odd considering Diablo hated having the same day off that Ashlin did.

"Hehehehehe, cheaty tickle Rynn, cheaty tickle." Scarlet grinned, trying to get her back before she got up with a salute. "Yes auntie, right away."she piled up everything and carried it with her back to the kitchen, spending a minute searching for her mom before she scampered upstairs chasing after her siblings.

And from the kitchen a red dragoness came out smiling, scanning the seats for the announced visitor and heading outside wiping her brow with her apron. Rynn back in town and asking about her? My this was unusual, but certainly a pleasant surprise. Now she had been asked to meet out here, even if she saw her in the restaurant, but it was only polite to see her on her own terms. This was typically the part where if Diablo or Ashlin were here she'd expect the hybrid to try and sneak out the back door after asking for them at the front.

Even though she had been called Aunty Rynn on multiple occasions by all nine of the youngsters, it was still awkward to be called it.
In a way, she felt old being called Aunty but then again it made her feel more like family towards them.. though she never really got to spend a huge amount of time with them all. Most days she did watch them, they were usually a sleep or last minute sitting for a few hours. And since having been gone for nearly a year now, they've all grown so big.. at least Crimson's have. But she wondered, if they were already near full grown, what did the other four of Blake's look like?
Guess I really do need some consoling... its great to see them but it hurts for some reason when I see them leave or if I have to go..
trailing thoughts led on to the creature having a saddened look upon that odd colored face of hers, not really keeping an eye out for them all to join her out there.

Crimson spotted her and walked over to Rynn, tapping her shoulder. "Hey there, why the long face for the reunion? Do I have to give you a huge bone crushing hug to get that frown squeezed off your face? Hehehe, but seriously, what's on your mind? Back in town and stopping by here so I'm guessing it's either boy troubles or it's you running out of good places to travel to and try to forget stuff?"

Meanwhile Scarlet was trying to tug Jack away from a book, Hinata away from her video game, Reth away from a hammer... she didn't really care to know what he was about to hammer honestly but it was still hard trying to snatch it from him, and Black... who was shut up in her room trying to ignore them... or snuck out again. "C'mon lazy boneses, Rynn's here!"

As soon as she heard Crimson, her expression changed completely, trying to feign even knowing she had a sad look before.
"Sad? Who can frown when your around?"
She grinned, opting to give Crimson a hug and get both their minds from it for the time being. However, she couldn't help but laugh as she heard the kids upstairs... mainly Scarlet prying everyone away from what they were doing.
"Well I've done quite a bit of travelling and this time spent several months at Niagara Falls, which is beautiful by the way... and well.. yeah.. I kinda do have a bit of a boy problem heh.."
She chuckled nervously, scratching at her horns, giving the not so obvious blush under her fur.
"Oh! This is for you by the way.."
She handed Crimson a handmade porceline plate with the Falls painted on it and finished in light gold texturing.
"As far the reunion goes, its nice to be back finally and to see a friendly familiar face. As far as the boy trouble goes, its actually less of problem rather more a confusing ideal. You know I've never really had many pursue me, and now that I've actually been able to get acquainted, I'm not entirely certain of what to do... I've never really been this far before getting annoyed with their fawning.. I'm just uncertain.."
Those big ears of hers fell back in a blushing fashion.
"..I find it odd because he's a good friend of mine's cousin... he's a great guy but.. would it be too weird?"

"Ohh Rynn, I love it! Hehe, I'll just have to keep it away from those that might decide it's so pretty they have to play with it. I've never really done much in the way of traveling, you know I always envy you for the places you get to go but I'm still happy here." She took a minute to think about that... a good friend of hers' cousin, and a guy? Hmm... that put the list down to only a few guys and... "Ohhh, hehe, him? Really? Rynn you lucky girl. I thought he was kinda cute too when I first saw him, but we haven't had a chance to talk much. He seems more... how shall I put this... genuine? Than his cousin? Though normally that's not quite the best way to put it, in this case... well your friend, knowing his history... I think genuine fits. I'd think as long as he doesn't treat you like a total jerk at times he's actually a decent match for you? But... well, this is kind of something I hadn't really thought about much but I never imagined you as the kind to stick with just one person? Oh... that sounded bad didn't it?"

Well, that comment definately made Rynn really blush under her fur and laugh heartily with a slight hint of uncertainty.
"Oh geez, do I really seem like that kind of person? I never really thought I put off that bad of an image.."
She poked fun at Crimson for saying that. It wasn't everyday that someone was totally honest with her and got away with it.. And honestly she could never truly get mad at Crimson.. especialy considering she was the only female she fully knew and could talk to without getting hit on without warning.
"It actually just started about a week ago but... I met and talked to him a few times before I left about a year ago and somehow he managed to find me amongst all the trees out there. Odd but in a way kind of.. intriguing?"
For some reason it did make her feel better, but then again it was true as he thought before. They hardly knew anything about each other and yet they were like two teenagers..

"Oh it's not exactly a bad image it's more of a... rebellious image? Maybe he's just different enough that he's attractive to you? I mean..." Crimson was blushing slightly. "How many guys can you really find out there that can do some of the things he can probably do? Just give him a little time, and a little chance, I'm sure you'll find if he's really right for you or not. Sometimes that first fling, or that first date, or first something... ends up being enough for you to know that it's never going to work. Other times it can take quite a while." The dragoness was still blushing as she patted Rynn's shoulder. "I uh... might have a slight crush on someone myself, something not quite normal." In fact some might even term it a bit of bestiality... though that was hardly an appropriate term considering the "beast" was very sentient. Still, what could one call a dragoness feeling an attraction for a true dragon?

Rynn began to blush in a noticable fashion under that fiery fur, the blush was reaching out onto the white upon her nose.
Well, she did have quite a point. The hybrid more often than never gave chances... except to this one that seemed to have wriggled his way into her favor. It was still an odd situation for her since for one she never really trusted a male enough to do that with her without it being forceful. Two, she was deathly afraid of wild and anthro snakes yet here she had two friends, one who wishes to court her, were snakes..
Something was off and yet she did feel somewhat safe with them, perhaps she was learning to trust again?
"A crush huh? From the looks of it you have a very big one at that. I can see you blushing over your scales."
A cheeky grin appeared as her own blush grew bigger.
I guess I could give him a chance... afterall, its not like he could do any worse than what Makor had already done..
Not only that, but Diablo and Ashlin would not know what to do or how to react since they never really seen her with other males period, mainly females even though she disliked most females she came across.

"I guess what it'll have to come down to for you is whether or not you'd feel comfortable being seen with him in public or not. Or if he'd be able to keep up with you on that bike, heh. I'm trying to picture that now in my head, how he'd ever possibly be able to ride with you, and the picture's coming out rather interesting." Crimson smirked, knowing Rynn could often read thoughts and view these kinds of mental pictures, and this one had the naga acting as a sort of scarf and belt for her as she was on the bike. Tail flapping in the breeze a little, it was really kind of comical. Yes, they would certainly be an odd couple wouldn't they? And perhaps that was the strongest draw about it all for Rynn.

Ah yes, bring up the bike in a serious conversation and picture a comical image... Only Crimson would make this into a semi-comical situation.
"Ahh.. hahaha, of course of course. I was meaning to bring up the bike later on but now is good as ever as well. I've been intending to getting rid of the bike since well... I actually haven't been taking it with me on the trips recently."
She fiddled with her white mohawk a little as she continued on.
"Besides, I don't think it would fair to make him ride on it with me. May be a bit hard to fully steer with somethig big and bulky in the way."
The exact image that shoot through her mind after saying that made Rynn look away from Crimson, it had not entirely reigstered how perverted that really sounded.
In all honesty, she didn't want to get rid of it entirely, but she did need to as all it was doing was sitting in a storage room and collecting dust upon the tarp.
"So... you really think its just a matter of comfort right now?"

"Sure, why not? Hehe, that would be difficult wouldn't it? But you don't have to get rid of the bike do you? I mean even if it's not used that often, doesn't it have a load of sentimental value?" Well if she hadn't been on the bike that did explain a bit better how the naga would have been able to catch up to her. Crimson was about to mention something else when she was suddenly run into by a big ball of fluff, Scarlet practically flying out of the restaurant and not looking where she was going.
"Oh hi momma, auntie Rynn. Jack and Reth say they're comin but they weren't moving very fast. Black says she's not feeling well and she'd rather you come up and visit her Rynn, she says she does miss you."

Well, she could get rid of it or keep it a little longer until Scarlet is old enough to learn how to drive it safely... either way it would end up being seen around at some point.
It did have some sentimental values to the hybrid, but not enough to exactly enough to make her keep it for any kids she could possibly have later on in life.
Getting ready to speak, she stopped when a furball came out of nowhere. Smirking, she couldn't help but shake her head at the enthusiasm of the younger hybrid.
"Young Black isn't feeling well? Now that isn't good. I'll have to stop by and see her before leaving huh?"
At least jack and Reth were coming down... what about Hinata though..
"And where is little Hinata? Shy still or run off again?"

"Yeah I think Black'd like that. And Hinata said she wanted to surprise you."

And surprise indeed when she dove off the roof, spread her wings, and managed to glide rather forcefully into Rynn to give her a huge "tacklehug". "Hiya Auntie Rynn, long time no see. Hehehe, didja bring me anything? I made a little present for you too, here ya go." Ah yes, despite being the most destructive at times Hinata had somehow caught Blake's affinity for art. She pulled out a little sculpture, somewhere between childish quality and amateur artist quality of the infamous bike. Even painted... not exactly accurate but as close as you can expect a child to get with their limited attention span when it comes to filling in details.
