the sun had began to sink in the horizon as a lone deer walked threw the woods. She did not know that she was not alone in the woods tonight. There was a creature who was walking threw the woods tonight. He was on the hunt for prey as he walked threw. She wore a blue cloak over his face as he walked threw the wood. SHe spread his black wings as he started to walk faster threw the woods. SHe was getting ready to fly. He had now started to run so that he could gain enough speed to actually take off from the ground. Then after a few more feet she flapped his long black wings and took off in to the air. It was a good morning to be out flying. There was no one here that he could see so she did not run the risk of being found out. SHe was one of those who wanted to hide what he was from this world. He knew that her kind did not belong here. She gave a glare as he looked down at the ground now. It was such a pretty view up here. She could see things that most ground dwelling creatures could not. Right now she saw a few small forest creatures going about their business. Nothing new really. Then she caught sight of something else. A young deer. Something that she could kill and eat now.

she landed in a nearby tree to watch her from above. SHe could see that like him she was just out enjoying the woods. He knew full well though that looks were almost always devising. SHe gave a sigh her breath coming out in small white whips against the cold winter air. The cold never bothered her really. SHe had thick feathers that cover his body. What kind of creature was this young girl? SHe was raven anthro, a creature that looked and acted more like an animal then a human. SHe smiled as she looked down at her prey now. SHe the leapt from the tree and landed on top of the deer with her razor sharp claws. The deer never saw the girl coming and never made a sound as she sank his claws in to its flesh.

she then looked up from his kill as he heard the sound of something moving in the distance. Maybe it was one of those other students. Or maybe it was creature that wanted to take her prey. See Raven had no need or way to live life like a normal creature. So she lived out in the streets on in the woods hunting whatever forest creature came his way and living off of whatever she found laying around. It was a very simple way to live if you asked her. And it gave you a lot more freedom the being cooped up in some house or apartment did. Well whatever was out here she was more the ready to face them now.

Oh it had been so long since he'd actually had a chance to walk through these woods. So long, stuck up in his office, around the school, sometimes managing to get to his cabin by the river or to town to see his sister but never really had time to walk through here. It was his property, why shouldn't he enjoy it? The woods all the way up to the mountain belonged to him. Blake had bought the land and the old run down church in the woods, that was fair enough, and the farmer had his fields, but other than that most of the territory between the school and town was his. Of course it was potentially dangerous but that didn't bother him. He stood almost twelve feet tall and he was a pack of muscle ready to strike. The only thing out here that could really trouble him, well it knew not to attack him since he was one of the medical experts that could patch it back up. And his blood was the only type that a normal anthro dragon could potentially transfuse into the non-anthro creature. It stayed closer to the mountains though, nothing to worry about.

Hmm, but what was this? Did he smell blood on the winds? Hmmm, on the off chance a student was hurt he should probably go check. On the far more likely topic of it being a student hurting something, someone hunting out here, they'd need to know there were certain places to avoid and things they should and shouldn't go for. In fact it was probably about the least friendly hunting ground around. Now all these guys and girls liked to ambush someone, lurking up in the trees. Never an original thought, never one digging down into the ground and springing up to attack someone.

Raven smiled as she watched her prey die now. She would now find a safe place to hide her kill. See she was a saver type of bird so she could eat rotten flesh. Though she most certainly preferred fresh kills. She also knew that she should not be out here. But living inside was not an option to her. She now stood up and adjusted her leg braces. Then she heard the sound of someone commingle her way.

She the saw a dragon coming out in to the clearing. She knew instantly who it was. It was the headmaster of the local school. “hello sir” she said with a smile. She was a student at the local school and knew it was best to be kind to the owner.

"Heheh, well hello there. What brought you out to the woods today? Aside from apparently getting a fresh kill? You know, while the meat is good there's a pretty big risk to it out here." Not that he'd know from experience but what was she doing out in the woods bringing down deer? Better that those lethal impulses be put to use out here though instead of in the school. Should that have been another student it would have been a far worse scenario. Maybe he should make a point of telling her that too. "You weren't aiming for any of your fellow students were you?"

Raven gave a soft smile as she heard what the dragon said to her. She frowned then and tried not to laugh when he told her that it was risky being out here. She had heard all the rumors of there being monsters in these woods. That did not really scare her. No it just made her want to come out here more. Raven mover her long black wings now and smiled at him as she thought of what to say next. “ well sir I prefer to be outside more then inside. The woods are my second home. I know the risks. That is what makes it fun you know?” she said with a smile. She was not above killing another student either. She was a Satanist and found killing was actually fun. “ not unless they want to get on my bad side.” she said with a smile.

"Right. Yeah I've heard that sort of thing about you. Surprisingly I do keep a good track of all my students and any little background I can possibly have. Look you're free to stay out here if you insist but you still have to show up for classes and security is still able to reach you when you're here. You get hurt, you're going to have to stay inside the school. Try to hurt a student, well, I'll let my people know just how dangerous you are and that apprehension is completely up to them. Lethal or non-lethal." Hey he had to try and scare her a little otherwise she'd figure she could just have the run of the woods and do whatever she wanted. That wasn't how it'd be going down, and if she saw one of those "rumors" she'd change her mind in a flash. Assuming she got to survive the encounter.
