A cold wind swept threw the tall grass as a dark shape moved threw it. He took a deep breath in and smiled as he saw the many grave stones jay lined he area . He then stopped running and stood at the gate of the cemetery . He was not sure what he would find out there at night . He then decided to jump over the fence. He took a step back and leaped forward. As he landed he felt the grass cushion his fall. he then heard the sound of footsteps coming close to him, “who is there” he asked in a shaky voice. He them froze as he thought an\bout a tumor this cemetery was haunted . The last thong he wanted to do was meet a unfriendly ghost. Pension jumped as he woke up from his dream, Tat was a bad dream. one that the boy had had many times before.

(hehe, well first of all welcome back, good to see you again ^^)

There was another young man, one that had been through the local cemetery. A green dragon, having his own trouble sleeping, his tail swishing side to side in a bit of a frantic spell. Tonight he had a particularly bad dream, though for once it wasn't about the creature that had haunted his past. Now probably a little over two years ago he had nearly been killed by a creature, and he knew its spirit was still around, possibly even in someone for all he knew. There was a person at the school that looked eerily like the one he feared but they couldn't be the same. Tonight though, tonight it was a different spirit that had been in his mind. He kept dreaming of a big dragon ghost that was stalking through the area, one that wanted to snatch him up and take him away, his dreams always ending differently if he didn't wake up in fright. After three failed attempts to get some rest he wandered the dorms and found himself at a friend's room, gently knocking. "Hello? Can I come in?"

Pension gave a soft sigh as he rolled over in his bed . He was pretty used to being awake all night because of his other half. Pen did not think that they needed any sleep. Pen had a lot of strange and often bad ideas. As he laded there he thought about the first time he had heard pen talking to him. His parents had thrown him out on the street. There he saw a young boy about his age. He had attacked the boy and stole his cash before he could stop himself. He was shaken from his thoughts by the sound of footsteps coming down the hall. As they got to his door he heard them stop. Then he heard a knock at the door and heard a females voice. It was his old pal verdy. “ Yeah I is coming.” pension said with a smile. It seemed that pen was asleep still. He put on his sunglasses and turned his lamp on. He then was led to the door and opened it with a smile “ hey man , you having sleeping trouble too?” he asked then moved to let the green dragon in to his room. Maybe they could talk and joke around for a while

(And I missed having more people to chat with and rp with, lol)

Verdy smiled as he walked into the room, glad to have some company. "Yeah you might say that. I keep feeling like there's some creature in my dreams that wants to get me. Probably not getting any sleep tonight at that rate. Worst part is the ghost in the dreams, almost feels like it's real. Like if I don't get away from it, something bad would happen. Sounds like something out of a cheezey movie doesn't it?" Except in Verdy's case he thought that the dragon ghost was targeting him and him alone. Nobody else at the school, which made it worse. Verdy walked in and sat down on the edge of a bed, looking up to his friend. "So what's keeping you up?"

Pension gave the green dragon a soft smile as he listened to what he had to say. He knew how it was to have dreams that felt real. He had them a lot since pen became a part of him. Though pen was good to have him when he was in trouble. Pen was a fighter and he was a lover. Though he had no crushes yet , pen did . Pen had a crush on a male that he had met in the park not too long ago.

“ I don’t thin k so man. I would not like to have bad dreams like that myself and I am pretty bold when pen is around. Though he dose have some fears of his own.” pension said with a smile. He then shut the door and walked over to a chair that he had by his desk. “ well I have been having a bad dream for 5the last few nights. I keeps dreamin that I is being encountered by a dark presence in the cemetery . “ he then lowered his sun glasses and said “ that is why I never want to go there unless pen gets me dead.” though he said that in a joking term it was a very real fear of his. After all pen was kind of crazy when he was around.

(now if only we had slightly better timing, or the chat box back, working on that though)

Verdy smirked. "Unless it's a giant ghost dragon at least it's not the same bad dream keeping us up. I know it pretty well though, the cemetery that is." At one point he thought he'd end up there, even walked through wondering if the next spot that was available would have been a nice one or not. "I don't think he'd let you get killed or anything, at least not for a long time still. Probably best not to go roaming around asking for trouble though just to be on the safe side. There's a lot of strange things outside the school and in the woods that could create trouble." And he knew of a few, like a certain girl that wasn't very fond of most others and if you looked at her the wrong way it could be inviting a knife or razor sharp claw to be buried in you in an instant.

(lol yeah that’s true)

Pension smiled when he saw his friend smirk. The smile quickly faded as he heard pen wispering to him in the back of his mind. Looked liked his peaceful conversation was about to be interrupted.
He then forced pen away as he listened to what the green dragon was saying to him now. “ heh no it aren’t a ghost dragon. I never stay asleep long enough to see what kind of ghost it be. Well I never been there before my self. I is too scared to go there.” he said lowering his sunglasses a bit as he spoke. He was not the kind who ever said that he was afraid of something. He then smiled softly when he heard what the dragon said next. “ Hehe I be stayin away from trouble that is for sure.” he said. He then frowned as he thought about the last part of the dragons statement. He had heard rumors about a killer who lived in the woods. Though that did not stop pen from going there when he was bored. “ yeah I have heard rumors about the woods. Pen likes to go there to relax sometimes” he said with a smile. So far this conversation was uneventful . He just hoped it would stay that way.

(and yay it's my birthday on Monday ^^)

"Hehe, a few dangers out there but they always seem to be absent whenever I talk with someone that's been out there before. Maybe they just pick on newcomers or actual dangers that want to invade their territory. No point in worrying about it though, Pen's pretty good at keeping you two out of danger. Well, maybe at getting you out of it at least, sometimes I know he can just lead you right into trouble." Of course Verdy wasn't aware that Pen was now awake and listening in, and able to get annoyed by his words. He had just assumed he'd still be asleep, since he hadn't shown himself yet. The green dragon smiled, flopping back on the bed and stretching out. "Dang, your room's more comfy than mine."

Pension smiled as he listened to the green dragon. So far pen had not wanted to show himself. Though that could change in an instant. That was the trouble with pen . He was very unpredicted able. “ Heh that’s true. Well pen likes to cause trouble more then he likes to avoid it. He is good at that though. He likes to try to protect me . Probably knows that I am the one who makes him friends or sleeping partners . “ pension said shaking his head slightly. He then heard pen tell him to shut up. Sounded like pen was getting mad again. That was never a good sigh. “ well now pen is getting mad. Guesses he woke up.” pension said as he watched the green dragon stretch out on his bed. “ heh if you say so” he said with a smile. He had never been told that before. And it seemed to make pen hush for a few moments.

Verdy smirked a little as he heard that. Sleeping partners huh? Yeah, the tough guy attitude probably didn't win too many over, maybe a few but not a lot. And those it did, they probably weren't actually worth his time. "Hehe, well you're both cute so I guess that helps too. He's certainly got his uses though, sometimes I wish I had another side that could be tough, I've always been weaker than I've wanted to be and maybe someone like Pen would be good for me." Not like he could just up and take someone's alternate personality though, and for all he knew even if he did he'd end up hating Pen within a few days. Verdy's tail started swaying a little over the edge of the bed as he stared up at the ceiling, wondering how his room wasn't as comfy when he had his adoptive father on staff. Seems like somehow he should have had a better room up here.

Pension kept a smile on his face as he heard what the little green dragon said now. So he thought that he was cute. That was always approached by both sides. The more complaints the better for pen,. Pension then frowned as he heard pen stirring around in his mind again. Looked like his peaceful time was about to be interrupted. “ heh thanks . Well you may not want one once you have one.” he said in a dark voice. It was probably obvious now that pen was tired of listing in. he was here to giver his option about all this. Slowly pen stood up and gave the boy an evil smile. “ want to play a game?” he asked with an evil laugh. He was going to torment poor verdy .

"A game? Sure, why not. Don't think I'll be getting to sleep any time soon so might as well do something with that time right?" Oh foolish Verdy, skipping over several important questions and just agreeing right away. Instead of asking what kind of game, asking if it was Pen or Pension talking, simple questions that could have been very important. Well now he was in for it, agreeing and pretty much assuming that it's all be fine. "Never know, could be good, could be bad though. Having another personality that is. Certainly gives you a few advantages at times. Maybe I just need to toughen up in general."

Pen kept the evil smile on his face as he heard what the green dragon said. He knew exactly what kind of game he wanted to play. Of course it was the kind of game that only he enjoyed. he wanted to hear the little green dragon scream. then he caught the last statement that the dragon said. so it seemed that he did not know that pen was out right now. maybe he could use that to his advantage. " okay then lets get started with our game." he said with a laugh. he then walked over to the bed and stood over the dragon. he then slapped him across his chest with his claws. " first on to scream loses " he said with another laugh. see pen liked getting hurt some times.

Verdy watched him, then suddenly felt the claws across his chest. Wincing, he saw the marks left on him but managed to avoid crying out. "Uh, ouch. Well, heh, if that's what you like Pen, guess I'll give it a shot." Verdy hoped Pen wouldn't stay out for long, but he didn't want to lose. And he wasn't interested in hurting his friend either. Verdy stayed where he was, letting his long tail whip up and smack Pen between the wings hard, a soft smile on the green dragon's face. Something that could sting, hurt, but wouldn't do any serious damage. Besides he didn't really have claws worth trying to scratch someone with. Why he'd even want to continue this strange game was a mystery much less the fact that he was still lying down on the bed, red marks on his chest clearly visible.

Pen smiled as he saw the boy wince in pain when he was scratched. His claws were looked after daily. That way he could defend himself from others. He then laughed as he felt the boy whack him between his wings with his tail. Yeah that hurt but he was not about to show it. He would never lose at his own game. It struck the peafowl as strange that the boy was still laying on his bed. Still he shook those thoughts away as he thought of what to say next.

“ Heh, you are pretty good at this game. I think you need more training however.” he said. He then opened a drawer on his dresser that was by his bed. He pull out a gun and smiled . “ lets up the game” he said aiming it at the boy now. He then pulled the trigger and fired. See pen did not care about hurting others.
