Verdy was glad to rub and enjoy Ritzi's paws on his again, and to tease him a little with his tail too. The green dragon smiled and took a bite from his burger and gave a nod. "I'm glad for that, for a moment there I was worried you were just going to sneak out or leave me here and I would have lost a great friend. Then I saw the bull heading your way and wanted to make sure you were alright, just in case." Their waiter came back around collecting the plates that were left, topped off their drinks, and handed Verdy a slip of paper folded neatly up behind the tab for today. He quickly slipped it into a pocket, not even bothering to look at it or read it yet, instead focusing on the bill. "Heh, he's not rushing us he just figures it was a big order for a lunch and unless you really want dessert we're not getting anything else are we?"

Verdy smiled, reaching across the table and gently taking Ritzi's arm in his hand. "Don't worry, I got this. I'm treating you remember, so I'll get his tip too. And next stop the spa at the school." The green dragon pulled out a ten for his bat friend that had been serving them, and another fifteen for his part of the food. "That covers it all, okay, let's get going." He took a few quick deep sips from his drink and the last bite of his burger, getting up and offering Ritzi a hand.

And the head bane can probably wait to the next time I have the gym class* He took on his jacket on and take his paws and look into his eyes. his heart begins to pump as he did walk out of the restaurant. "Thanks, well if you're sure then we can skip it. Let's get back to the school then, would like to see you at the spa." Verdy walked out with him and started back toward the school, noticing the bull giving him another look. Maybe he should read that note some time soon, just not when Ritzi was looking just in case it was something threatening. He had a feeling he knew what it was but it wasn't anything to worry about. For the whole walk back he stayed close to the canine's side and for a while had his tail wrapped around his waist, making sure nobody saw it though.
