Ritzi was sanding outside the restaurant* Wow it looks like a nice place.* shortly close his eyes and smells all the different food.* mmm and a nice smell too. But it is still a long way when I don't have that long legs as you do.* He look inside the building it didn't not look like a cheap place. And he stats to think if he had money to pay the food or should he only eat boring food.

"Hehe, that's okay, consider the walk another way to build up an appetite before lunch. And have as much as you want, it's all on me. Besides Crimson offers new students a free meal here so whatever you get I can afford. Oh, uh, not to sound cheap or anything, I'd still pay for it if it weren't free." And hopefully Crimson wouldn't want to gossip too much. She was usually in the kitchen but sometimes she wandered out to say hi to everyone and chat with her favorite customers.

* Really for free. It is probably so she make sure that I come again some other time.* He go inside and look around for a lapel. It felt kind of wired walking inside whit another man. He had gone out whit his father but that was father son trip. This was not a father son trip!! He walks very close to Verdy he did fell much more safe if he walk close to him.* Do you come here often beside when you work here?*

"Yeah, probably at least two or three times a week. And looks like one of my favorite spots is open, come on." The green dragon took two menus out from the host stand and waved to one of the waiters he saw, smiling and leading Ritzi over to a nice booth with candles and a little lighting from the rest of the restaurant, nice comfortable seats, a perfect place to eat. Dark enough Ritzi wouldn't have to worry about everyone staring at them and bright enough he didn't have to feel like it was too romantic or anything. Verdy handed him a menu and opened his mainly to see what the special was today.

Ritzi was blushing a little bit as he was quiet to the small place whit candles.* Well thank you I see if I can find anything for me.* He looked down at all the names on the list. It was really hard to pic from it all some of the things he had never heard of before. He gently took his jacket of and smiled at verdy. He look down at the menu and begins to rub his paws against Verdys.* hmmm it is really hard to chose of all the stuff*

Verdy's paws rubbed against Ritzi's under the table happily, his tail gently brushing along the canine's leg as he looked over the special for the day. "When all else fails just ask for a sampler, she'll make up a small portion of a few different things on the menu for you and you get to decide what you like best from it all. I think I'm going with her special today, Crimson raviolli and a Cordon Bleu Burger, sounds interesting and filling." The special had an option of raviolli or stuffed shells and four different kinds of burger, the green dragon just picked them almost randomly and figured it'd be a big lunch.

Ritzi look down one more time and starts to feel his paws against his and giggles as his claws gently tickles under his pads* Well I go whit a Indian curry sup and....* he did look really close at some of the things* A Mexican burger. I love Mexican food it is my fav after moms food. The bad thing is my mom almost never made it because she said she would make it to hot for me* He smiled and close the menu

The green dragon smiled as he found a nice spot to tease Ritzi's paws with, stopping only long enough to signal over the friendly young bat server and give him their order and the menus. "Oh, and a root beer to drink for me." The green dragon also made a little mental note about Mexican food so if he ever cooked for the canine he'd know what to make. After working here and getting to know all the chefs he wasn't bad at cooking, not the best but not bad either.

*And just a light cola for me* he smiled at him as he did take the menu. * wow Bats, dragoon. This school have every spices. I came form a place called Dog Vally so the name sort of says what kind of people who live thee* He smiled at him and enjoy his claws on his paws. He really did fell nice hanging out whir Verdy. But he was not sure if he could call him a friend or a boyfriend. And he was kind of shy to ask about it. He looked into his eyes and starts to fell more and more relax every second

"I was kind of amazed at that too. Heh, there's a bunch of dragons around here and at first they all kind of made me feel, well, inferior. Some can breathe fire or spit acid, and here I am just totally normal as far as I know. And there's even a naga guy at the school cafeteria, works there now. But I'm glad to see you here." The green dragon wasn't so sure about the same thing that was on Ritzi's mind either. He supposedly had a boyfriend but he hadn't seen the kangaroo for a while now, and he was pretty sure it wasn't because they were always out on away games for his soccer team. He'd have to have a real chat with him next time they met up, since this canine here was pretty handsome and definitely worth hanging out with.

*hehe that sounds good. You know every time I talk about spices I think about my real mom and dad. Wounder what they look like and why they sort of give me away to a different family. do you know anything about your real mother and father? You don't have to say it if it is to sad to talk about* He really want to know anything about his background. He really enjoy that he had something together whit him he could talk about.

Their waiter was off putting in their order so Verdy didn't mind talking about his parents at all. "Well, mom hated me and only kept me around so she could get money from my dad and the government. Barely gave me any food, if I got hurt she never took me to a doctor, not even a free clinic. Dad was never allowed to come near me but he tried to sneak by a few times, usually brought me little gifts or food or something. So I left, and Rook ended up adopting me here, so all's well that ends well I guess." Yeah, he hadn't been happy until he came here but at least he managed to make it through all those tough years and get to Golden Oaks.

Ritzi starts to get small tears in his eyes as he hears the sad story about his background. He want to say anything but it was so hard to get it out of his mouth. He gently took his paws and whips the tears away from his eyes. He starts to think what a felling he might have when he first meet Rook * We....well well....* He begins to cry a little bit and try to hide it from Verdy. It was nice not sitting around other people and cry. He also starts to think maybe it was a good thing he did not know who his parents was.

"My parents were probably the exception, I don't imagine everyone's were this bad. Yours probably loved you and wanted to see you taken care of." Verdy knew his story was kind of sad but he had gotten over it and didn't want anyone else crying over it. Instead he smirked and started teasing Ritzi's paws again and let his tail rub up and down his leg gently. "Come on, let's see a smile on that handsome face of yours."

Ritzi smiled gently at him as his paws was forced to get tickle and giggles a little bit* Thank didn't mean to be sad in front of you. And yes they probably did love me* he looked dip into his eyes and fell his heart begins to pump slowly and his tail was waking. he did want to be his boyfriend but was kind of shy to ask about it. He did know he that verdy said that he didn't have a special one but maybe he didn't tell the truth
