Claws smiled as he looked around the forest with a smile. He had heard many rumors of this forest around the school. There was only one that he believed though. The only reason he had believed it was because students has says that they had seen a strange woman near the school. They had also said that those who dare to follow her in to the woods were never seen again. Though claws was not really sure why you would want to follow a complete stranger in to the woods . Maybe she was charming? Had he known that the snake had cameras around he would have been a little wary. He did not like the idea of other watching him. Not that the falcon would ever do anything bad. He wonder if the snake had heard of this rumor as well. Oh well never hurt to ask he supposed. “ heh...... that’s .......good......... I ......got...... a......... strange........ question ......to ask ......you....... I..... have.... been...... told .........something ........but.......... I do not...... think........ it .......is....... true ........but...... though..... I.... would...... ask....... you .......about........ it. ..........Has....... there...... really .....been .........a ....... strange...... woman..... near...... the........ school .....stalking .........kids.....? ........Or.......... is .......that....... just ......some ....ones..... prank? “ claws asked with a slight not of cursory to his voice. He did love a good mystery once in a while. Though that was probably not the best to ask while they were in the woods.

Oh boy, now this was an interesting question. "That kind of depends on how superstitious you are, and how much you're willing to believe. Couple years ago now maybe, at least a year I know, there was someone like that. She was actually the Latin teacher, and it was true. When someone followed her, or if she got really aggrivated at someone, they tended to disappear. Now it didn't happen often, maybe two or three students, but eventually she bit off more than she could chew. She took a student and the headmaster's sister. And long story short, when the rescue party was done with everything she wasn't around anymore and those two she kidnapped managed to survive. So that's where the story comes from with the older students, the ones that have been here longer."

Athos had to think carefully about how to phrase the next part. "Now... there's someone around the school, a few have seen her. She looks a lot like the one that was responsible for the trouble before. Could be a twin, could be a relative, could be someone that's just unfortunate enough to look like this killer." He had to slightly fudge the facts as he knew them there but it was still close enough. "Some say it's the reincarnated spirit of the killer, just in a new body and looking to cause trouble again. So if you want to believe the really farfetched story that's that. But so far this new person hasn't created any trouble. I'm watching her carefully when I can, so's the headmaster and his brother. Nothing to worry about yet, but if the opportunity to leave school grounds or go into the lower levels with a sorta creepy looking or possibly oddly sexy looking depending on your perspective, if it comes up you'd be wise not to go alone."

Claws really was not all that suppressions. He did not believe in things that he could not touch or see. However he did believe that there were those who liked to play tricks on others just to try and scare them. Though he could believe at least part of what the snake said. “ hum……… that………… is interesting. …….Well…… I……. do….. not …….really believe……. in ………that……. sort …….of…….. thing……… myself. …….That……. dose…….. explain……. why……. they…. would…… want…….. to…….. try……. and……. tell……. others…….. things……… like………. that……. Heh…….. yeah………. that…… is…… creepy …..that ……a teacher…… would ……..want……… to…… do…… something …….like……. that.” he said with a smile . He was not going to believe any of those rumors at school though it seemed that this one had a bit of truth to it.

He might not believe it but there was more truth to what Athos had said then he'd care to mention. Which was probably a good thing to leave Claws at the disbelief stage, some of the things that creature had managed would probably give him nightmares or make him want to move as far away from this school as possible. And the snake wouldn't be able to blame him for it either, that beast had been pretty frightening even for him. "Any other rumors you've heard that I can help with? I might not be the oldest or most senior professor here but I've heard it all and I've got the truth on most of them."

Indeed it was probably better that the falcon did not really believe the snake. Because if he did he would have probably left . Claws was not keen on stating around a place where he could get killed. Though he could get killed here in these woods or on the road. That just seemed different from getting killed at a place that was supposed to be safe. Like he said if he could not see it or touch it then it was not real. He then looked at the snake as he asked if there were any other rumors. Well he had not really heard many of the others around the school. Only bits and plaices of them” no …not …really…. I…..have…..not ….heard ……many …..of…..the….others.” claws said with a smile. He did not talk to may other there fore he did not know much about the school or its rumors.

"Heh, probably easier to keep it that way then. None of the rumors are really that important to know about, a few are more interesting than anything else but not like that one." And if they were the snake would do his best to start eliminating them. He didn't need to be working in an area with a ton of killers that would prey on the students, and possibly the staff, whenever they chose. He might be a little paranoid but he always kept something handy to deal with a "problem" within a mile or so if he was in the woods, and within a few hundred feet if he was in the school. Usually just something minor but he had a few bigger tricks stashed away where students wouldn't be able to get them.

Claws smiled to the snakes statement. He knew very well that no matter where you went in this world there would always be rumors about that place. Rather they were true or not was anyone’s guess. Most of them though were to either attract others to the place or to keep them out. “ yeah ….. Probably…. so….. Ahh …..I …..see….. in…… that …….case…… I …….shall……. have…… to…… catch……. up…… on….. them…… sometime.” the falcon said with a slight smile on his beak. Claws was not the kind who when as far as to prepare for any sudden danger. He figured that if something was going to attack him then it would do so rather he was ready or not. The best thing that he could do was run or fight it. Because he knew that most killers did not really listen to a bunch of small talk.

"Course if you ever have any trouble with anything you can call me and I'll be there to help. And if you have time you should look up a green dragon kid, named Verdy. He spends a lot of time out here, has a little home even, built it himself with a little help here and there. He's also pretty up to date on the rumors, think he was involved in a few of them." Like the one about the killer. Verdy was one of the people that got abducted shortly before the beast was put down, if the falcon wanted to know more about that rumor it was best the green dragon tell it.

Claws gave the snake a smile when he said that he could call him if he ever got into trouble. He had actually planned to avoid any trouble if it was at all possible. Of course he knew full well that he could not always avoid trouble. But at least he could make future plans to try and avoid it. “ aright.. I…..will…. Keep….
that…in…..mind. …hum ……I……. will……. Be……. Sure…….. To …… do…… that……. When……… I……. get….. A …..chance….he……. Sounds…… interesting.” he said with a smile. He figured that it would be a good idea to figure out some of those rumors even if he did not quiet believe all of them. It never hurt to learn some thing new. Maybe he could learn something that he could find helpful one day. Though he really rather doubted it.

"Interesting is definitely the right word for him, heh." They were finally out of the woods and on the short path up to the school. Athos smiled as he saw the walls, the impressive gate, and the black dragon standing up at the entrance giving a friendly wave.

"You're almost late getting back Athos. Well come on in then, hope you enjoyed the day off since I'll be shutting these gates pretty soon."

the falcon quielty walked behing the snake as they made their way out of the woods. As they entred the path that lead back to the school he knew excatly were he was now. Claws smiled as he followed the snake up to the gates that lead to the school. He had really enjoyed his time with the snake today. Hopefully they could do it again some time in the future” ahh…… I …..see” he then looked up to see the large back dragon. Wow he was defiantly big. He could feel his shy nature coming out again. However he was going to try to ignore it as much as he could. He did however just give a slight smile and quietly followed the snake in to the gate.

Athos grinned as he walked out of earshot from Blake. "Heh, even with how big he is I'm still his boss when it comes to running school security. But he does make a rather lasting impression on people so I'm glad to have him." A towering twelve foot tall black dragon was definitely useful around here, but most of the time Athos was able to handle himself and whatever came up. And now he'd probably keep an eye out and make sure nobody bothered his new friend, just in case he was shy about telling people about that sort of thing and didn't want to cause extra trouble. It might be a little unnecessary but he was a bit protective of new friends.

Claws smiled as the snake spoke. He was kind of surprised to hear that he was the dragons boss . But stranger things had happened he supposed. He could see that the large black dragon could be rather intimidating to those who wanted to cause trouble around the school. “ humm ……that…… is……. kind of …….interesting. ……Heh……… yeah……. it…… seems ……that …….he ……..would ……..make …….a …….nice…….. ally……. to ……..have …….around.” claws said with a smile. He would not mind having someone watching his back. However he did not want them to be too overly protective. Really if claws ever had a problem with anyone he tried to keep it to himself to where no one would want to say that he went and told on him. He knew that sometimes students hurt those who told on them. He was happy that so far this had not been the case here. And hopefully it never would be.

"Very much so, especially if there's a student I don't want to deal with and I can have someone bigger than them put a little bit of fear and respect into them. Not that I like having to resort to something like that, I'd much rather have a whole year or two where nobody needs me for security because everyone's acting perfectly fine and nobody tries to get in the school that doesn't belong." And there were plenty of good students around, his new friend certainly included among them. Still there always seemed to be at least one kid that wanted to make some kind of trouble. He hoped his physics class would allow some of those problems to be put to more practical and safe use though. If someone was going to make a stink bomb, let them do it as a science project and trigger it where it wouldn't be a mess. If someone wanted to throw eggs at another person, make it a test dummy and have them write out a paper on the whole thing.

Claws just smiled slightly as the snake spoke. He could see how the dragon could intimated any would be trouble makers. Though he knew that a few of the so called tough guys would never admit such a thing. Claws always tried not to cause any trouble for he just wasn’t the kind who did things like that. He more or less just did his thing and let others do theirs. “ ahh…… I …….see. …….Well …….that ………can ……..be……. A…… good …….thing ……though……… Heh……… yeah…….. I ……….bet ……..a…….. long………. Time……. With……… out …….trouble ……….would ………make……. Your ……..job ……a ……..lot….. More…….. easier.” claws said with a smile. He had seen a few trouble maker where he had traveled . Though most of them were not going to user their trouble making for anything useful. Most just caused trouble to see if they could get away with it. Witch was rather pointless if you asked the falcon opinion on it.
